Danijel Zezelj

I have just discovered the great Croatian illustrator Danijel Zezelj. He has made quite a lot of graphic novels...completely unknown to me.

He has also made some art for American publishers - for example he has created the artwork for Brian Azzarello's El Diablo and some chapters in Loveless (also Azzarello).

The Hanging

I have just finished "The Hanging" for Accent UK - a comic publisher started by the two British compañeros Colin and Dave.

"The Hanging" is inspired by (not stolen from!) a great scene from the beginning of the mediocre spanish western Five Giants From Texas (1966, Aldo Florio).
